Do I have to live in Fort Washington?
No. This is statewide telehealth for patients anywhere in Maryland. You just need to be physically located in Maryland at the time of your visit.
What does it cost?
An initial chronic management visit (45 minutes) is $149 and each follow-up (20 minutes) is $99. If you are a member, chronic follow-ups are included.
Can you manage my medications?
Yes. Our care team reviews your current medications, adjusts them as needed, and sends prescriptions to your local pharmacy.
How are labs handled?
When your care needs lab work, our care team sends a requisition to Quest or LabCorp near you. Labs are billed separately, never bundled into the visit fee.
How often will I be seen?
That depends on your conditions. Many patients check in every few months once stable, with more frequent visits when something changes. Members can be seen as often as needed.
