What does membership include?
Membership covers unlimited sick visits, medication refill visits, and chronic condition follow-ups for one predictable monthly price, all by secure video. It does not include lab fees, medications, physicals, or weight and hormone subscriptions, which are billed separately.
How much does it cost?
Individual membership is $99 per month and Family membership (up to four people) is $199 per month. Additional household members beyond four can be added on.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. Membership is month-to-month, and your rate is locked for a full year from the day you sign up.
Do I have to live in Fort Washington?
No. Membership is available to patients anywhere in Maryland, since all visits happen by secure video. You just need to be physically located in Maryland for your visits.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Many patients use HSA or FSA funds toward membership and visits. We are happy to provide itemized receipts.
What is not included?
